Passion, Principles, and Compassion
My name is Lynda Allen. As a Pacific Northwest native, I have a healthy appreciation and love for nature partly due to growing up in a pet loving environment. I have worked with horses, parrots, dogs, and cats in the areas of rescuing, competing, rehab, and showing. My love of our companion animals is one of passion and respect.
My first job was working for my grandparents who were commercial fisherman in Alaska during the summer as the fish scrubber. When I turned 16, I applied for my first job, which was at Petco. From there, I have spent the last 20 years in many capacities within the pet Industry, working side by side with veterinarians, pet business professionals, animal trainers, and small animal nutritionists. I have had many mentors along the way that have contributed in giving me a well rounded education in all things pet.
Deciding to dream of a new venture, I left the corporate pet industry in January 2015. I have always believed in natural healing and alternative therapies. Through research I found Northwest School of Massage. I have been inspired and supported in my new business of helping animals in whatever avenue I can through touch and pet parent understanding.
